Lively Movements to Age Well

This class is developed specifically for women and is held at a slower pace focusing on full body movements, gentle stretches, flowing movements and stress release. We will use a combination of specific movements to strengthen and engage all of the body’s muscles. Qigong, yoga, mindfulness and breath work will all be included.

Releasing of tight muscles by working through muscle chains
Increased mobility
Reduction of stress and tension held in the body - this is when the body is able to heal

No previous experience is needed. Bring a yoga mat, water, and a warm top or blanket. Wear whatever feels comfortable for movement. Class will preferably be done in bare feet.
These classes are taught by Marnie who brings her experience from a culmination of numerous trainings and teaching hundreds of classes for over twenty years to develop this class.
Why not encourage yourself to feel livelier? What’s good for the body is good for the mind. What’s good for the mind is good for the body!
Learning that you can age well, will actually help you age better.
